Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns if the product is wrong, or damaged. Otherwise, the Customer Pays the shipping for return.

For most products, you have 15 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are not damaged. Return policies may vary per supplier. Most products qualify for Free Returns and/or Buyer Protection.


The supplier follows a 14-day return policy. The item must be undamaged,

unworn with customer's return cost,

and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

The supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

Customers will contact the retailer with any requests for return and the retailer will then contact the supplier.

What’s the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order. But order over 50, will provide wholesale price. For these options please contact us.

Which countries do you ship to?

Some products ship only within Canada. Some product ships worldwide.
